The Mediating Role of Project Citizenship Behavior in the Relationship Between Organizational Justice Dimensions and Project Success

The impact of behavioral aspects on project success remains an area that requires more attention. Drawing the social exchange theory (SET), our study tested mediating role citizenship behavior (PCB) in relationships all four organizational justice dimensions (i.e., procedural, distributive, informational, and interpersonal justice) with success. A time-lagged survey team members ( n = 233) was conducted analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM). results indicate are positively associated success, whereas informational appears to be most influential dimension, PCB mediates these relationships.
